Unhappy customers ‘likely to change bank accounts’

If you’ve seen changes to your savings or current accounts recently that you feel do not make them right for you, one consumer watchdog says you should do as many others are doing – and switch to another provider. One issue you may be keen to focus on when considering a change in bank accounts are the overdraft charges and rates that apply. According to Which? chief executive Peter Vicary-Smith this can be a deciding factor for many who decide the time is right to change providers.
